Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us through our Contact page. We'll gladly work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact page within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and damaged items so we can assist you.
